Ok, I'm not EXACTLY bored at work but when I saw those italy tours offerings, I can't help but dream and hope that someday I'm going to be in Italy. Europe is one of the destinations that I really want to visit. My Mom's ultimate dream too. And at the age 50+, she was finally able to see it in her own eyes. Experience the European tours. It was a bit sad though because of the company that she was with but still, she had the time of her life. Another thing that I really, really want to do is join one of the australia tours. I've worked for an Australian company for 3 years and it made me think of how it would make me feel if I'm in Australia. I've talked to a lot of hotel managers and people from Australia over the phone through my tele marketing job and I had at least a tiny bit of idea how they think and how they are while working. I would want to experience their culture and learn from them more. Of course, I wouldn't miss the national parks tours of both Australia and Europe. They are just the "must-sees" of every country. With that I would be able to witness tradition and hear a little bit of history from every country that I visit.
Hep, hep! HOORAY! I'm that SUPER excited. My friend Farrah and I went crazy over Mango Sale last week. When we heard about another sale coming (which is tomorrow) here we go again, preparing for it. Now I'm checking if I still have the budget. You see, I overspent last week during the Mango sale. AHA!
I'm also checking out how to buy gold coins because I'm really planning on going for it. I've been shopping for like a year now and I haven't made an investment so far. I'm not good at things like this. Yes I can save but to invest the savings, naah, I leave that usually. But now, I have to do something and make a move. I've been checking US Gold Bureau and read that gold's interest has been pretty high for the past year. It's been getting popular so I have to monitor the status when I invest. That's a pretty good advise, isn't it? Will check more on these a little later.
As for the ZARA sale, I will definitely GO tomorrow! LOL!
I know super overdue post but here it is.
We spent Father's Day with my in-laws. We had lunch at Golden Bay Restaurant. The lunch was great but the service there sucks. BIG TIME. We weren't able to eat all of our orders because it took so long for them to serve it. The food could have been good but won't go back there again because of our experience.
Some photos by the Hubby.
After a sumptious lunch, we went straight to Duty Free to shop c/o the parents in law.
The Whole Gang Less Hubby
That's us! Just look at Ate A. LOL!
It was a simple celebration but I could see that the Dada really had a great time. I'm glad he did.
That's my HUBBY! He loves to do such things - trying to be FUNNY! He keeps things lightly so when things at home turn out bad, he just brushed it off and think of the positive side of things. Such an optimist! I guess Ate A got the funny side of him. And hopefully the positive way of thinking too!
Enjoy the weekend folks! As for me, I'm so looking forward to a weekend of rest and bonding time with family and probably with a few friends.
Later!
The other day Hubby and I decided to have a "planning session" for next year. We haven't done this in our 5 year of being married so this would be a first. We planned on what to invest. If we buy gold bullion, a lot to invest to, a condo perhaps? Everything will be decided on that day. We would sit down, list down all our income and expenses and see which trips would be possible for next year. With this we would have an idea how our finances really are. I would suggest investing in gold bullion particularly at the USGoldBureau.com since they offer a whole range of choices from gold, silver and other precious metals. I hope the Hubby would agree to that.

..when Ate A watched her first movie - Toy Story 3 last Saturday. Believe it or not, we've been looking forward to this movie for months! Ate A loves Toy Story 1 and 2 and I tell you, she saw this movie over and over again. She loves Jessie that's why. When we learned about Toy Story 3, everyone got excited! We decided that this would be an opportunity to let her watch for the first time.
I LOVE the movie. I was crying towards the end. I felt so sad that the movie was about to end. Although there were scenes that were a bit scary for the little girl so she was sitting with Marlon the whole time! I'm not sure if Ate A enjoyed the whole movie though but the experience of being in the moviehouse was exciting for her. Eating popcorn and drinking iced tea were also things that she looked forward in her first movie experience. It just made her feel like she is a big girl. :)
Here's a photo of the two of us after the movie.
And another one while buying candies (as promised).
This morning, while I was preparing Ate A for school, I realized that I needed to order new set of uniforms for her. She grew a couple of inches during the summer and the jogging pants is small already. The shirt is fine but the pants are not. So now, I'm going to order as soon as I talked to the school admin.
Did you know that there are also sites that offer uniform work shirts that you can order? Check out ID by Lantau and you will see uniform polo shirt available. As for me, I was interested in women's work shirts. I've started working in the office for the last two months and I needed something to wear. It's hard when you don't have a uniform because I had to plan my outfit every single day. Maybe I can check out ID by Lantau and see if I'd like someting.
ID by Lantau offers a whole range of uniforms from chef apparel, to business uniforms, to hotels. They are in good quality and since they've been in the market for several years already, I'm pretty sure that they are reliable when it comes to online ordering. Will definitely check it out!
They made the Dada sooo happy yesterday (Father's Day) by posing for him.
They are such a darling! Hope they are always on the mood to pose when the Dada feels like taking photos. (*grin*)
If it's too much I hope (or wish) to have a short vacation away from house chores. I spent the 2 weeks taking care of the Hubby, the kids and the house. A Branson vacation would be a luxury so I'm thinking of having a vacation in Tagaytay. I deserve it after the most tiring 2 weeks. But surprisingly, the 2 weeks flew by so quickly that I was surprised my trusted helper came back last Friday. I probably had a great time being a SAHM. The first week was a challenge since both girls were at home. The second week got better since Ate A was in school for 3 hours. I only had to brave the heat at 10AM to fetch her from school. But it was fulfilling. Seeing the little girl's smile when she sees me. It was heart-warming.
At first I was scared because things were not turning according to what I planned but we ended up being closer as a family. Hubby and I were even closer after doing house chores together. The whole family bonded by eating out a lot (since I didn't want to cook. LOL!). Baby A has improved! She is not so clingy anymore. Because I needed her to play on her own while I give Ate A a bath. Ate A, is starting to learn to really pack away her toys and put her clothes in the hamper before taking a bath. of course there were challenges like both the girls were not paying attention, being messy and not eating properly. But still, I can say that I'm proud that we were able to SURVIVE and felt even more blessed after all those challenges.
Thank you dear LORD for having the best 2 weeks so far!
Yesterday was Father's Day and I gave Hubby this! He loved it!
I wanted to give him a gadget like xbox 360 or Playstation 3 or a flat screen TV but just didn't have the budget for that. The watch made him happy anyway and wanted to wear it immediately but needed adjustment first. His birthday is coming soon so I can probably give him the gadget that he wants? We'll see!

I don't have anything against my bathroom, you see, I love our bathroom so much and I don't want to change it in anyway. But when I saw this, I can't help but dream of having one hopefully in the near future.
As I posted earlier, we were having renovations and currently checking out our house plans. We don't plan on changing the entire house floor plans because we are very happy with our current setup. There are just things that we need to change after 3 years of living in our house. The bathroom above is one of the most popular in the United States. I'm the sure the entire house plan of where this bathroom is located is grander and bigger than we've imagined. But honestly, all I want is a simple and durable house that would be baby and kid friendly.
The electrical wires should be renovated so I'm checking out HousePlansandMore.com for ideas. They are providing ideas about renovations and I really more information since I haven't read since we last moved in. I remember before I used to read a lot of magazines and books about house construction. Now I need to review again for the renovation.
I'm joining this week!
What do you WANT to get started on??
I want to start doing some exercises! Although I've been taking care of the kids (I hope that's enough) picking up toys, giving both a bath twice a day, doing laundry and ironing clothes, and more. I hope that when things settle down, I will get to find a schedule for me to do my exercises.
What else do you want this week? Share it all.
I just feel overwhelmed with all the trials lately. But my relationship with Hubby has grown stronger and I believe that trials are really important to make every relationship worth fighting for.
If you want to join, click here.
Ate A's school started yesterday and I realized that she is growing fast! So I'm thinking of investing pretty soon like buy gold coins so I could save up for her education. You see, I grew up having education as one of the most important things. My parents instilled how we should strive to be able to finish at least College. So I guess I need to work more and invest more. US Gold Bureau is offering silver, gold and other precious metals for investment. I'm sure they will provide a perfect package for me. We'll read more about them and hopefully I get to start to invest now, as in ASAP.
I love how this is giving me so much hope. I know that I'm blessed and I have everything I've asked for all my life. God is really good. I pray that He continue to be faithful and loving.
I realized that we have been in our home for almost 3 years now. I can't believe it! It feels like we just moved here. How time flies. Now we are thinking of improving it. Honestly, ever since we moved, we haven't really renovated nor fixed the house. If you haven't noticed, there are a whole LOT of improvements that need to be done. So our first target would be to focus on the home plans. I've checked out a few homes plans online and this will help. I need something that is a guide on what to fix first. The good thing about renovation is we don't need to make a new house floor plan since we already settled on our house. We are happy with it; as of the moment. We just need to make a few changes.
The priority would be the laundry area. We need more space for laundry. As of the moment its a problem to hang the clothes so we might renovate this part of the house. Next would be the family hall which we were not using that much for the past 3 years. Hopefully we get to renovate it in such a way that we will be able to maximize the space by probably changing one room into a storage room. We'll see about that. I wish I can also renovate the walk-in closet and make it bigger but that will have to wait. For now will check again some home plans and see if I can get some ideas from HousePlansandMore.com and I can probably include it our ideas of renovating the house. and I can probably include it our ideas of renovating the house.
I've never heard of accident lawyer until I read about denver accident lawyer of Fuicelli & Lee, P.C. I came across these denver car accident lawyers when my husband's friend encounters car accidents almost every month! I can't believe it either. He always have his car repaired in the service because of this. The thing is, he cannot defend himself then, so he had to pay all the charges by himself. Now that he is with a denver accident attorneys he is confident that he is in safe hands. At least now he knows that someone is there to help him anytime he faces an accident. The worst thing about getting an accident is that you get hurt and then nobody is there to help you. Thanks to companies such as Fuicelli & Lee, P.C they will help you in any way they can.
My friend can now sleep at night knowing that her husband will be defended just in case something happens to him. Of course she would still pray at night to make sure that he is safe. But at least she can say that they have someone to trust especially in times of need. Would you love that feeling too? I definitely would! But to her husband, he should take care of himself more and refrain from those accidents!

The Only Key To Happiness. (Everything Else Is Fake.) by BO Sanchez
I have an announcement to make: God wants you to be happy. In fact, I believe God has already lined up the right blessings, the right miracles, and the right people to bless your life.
Especially the right people.
Why right people?
Because God wants you to be happy by having happy relationships.
He really only has one strategy to make you happy. He has no backup plan in case it fails. It’s through happy relationships or bust.
If you don’t have happy relationships, you’ll never be happy.
No matter how rich you are.
No matter how religious you are.
No matter how much you achieve in life.
No matter how beautiful you are.
No matter how intelligent you get.
At the end of the day, your life is all about relationships.
In other words, your life is all about love.
That’s why the greatest commandments are about love.
Because He wants you to be happy.
Listen To Older People
When John Izzo interviewed 235 older people, he found out that their most common regret is not taking enough risks.
But what was the most painful regret?

at Conti's, Greenbelt. I grabbed these photos from Joy's FB since we didn't bring our own camera. The place was packed (the family is growing!), the kids had the time of their lives, the Mommas and Daddies had fun too! It was a wonderful Sunday afternoon. Thanks again June celebrants - Joy, Jody, Jacqui, and Jane! We missed Aggie, Thea, Abie, and Kathy. Hopefully I will see you again ladies soon. :)
A global industry that generates billions of dollars each year, modern sports betting can trace its roots back to ancient times. As far back as 1000 BC, the Chinese would wager money on races between different animals. By 400 BC, the Greeks combined their love of betting with a passion for athletics and made a transition from wagers on animals to bets on the Olympics, which involved people boxing, wrestling, and running against each other. During the third century BC, the Romans took sports betting to a new level with gladiator competitions, pitting warrior against warrior as they battled to the death.
In these early times, people bet on everything from animals to humans, but there were very few organized sporting competitions. In the 19th century, both England and the U.S. began to unify their sporting contests. Rugby and soccer organizations developed in England and became quite popular for sports betters. During this same time, horse racing and baseball took off in America and throngs of people placed their bets on these sports.
Even though sporting contests became more organized, sports betting still lagged behind. Placing wagers wasn’t easy, and betters lost more than their fair share because the house often presented unfavorable odds to gamblers. In many countries, including the U.S., the government heavily scrutinized any hint of gambling, which forced people to deal with shady characters if they wanted to place bets on sporting events. Eventually, governments legalized sports betting. This change paved the way for more reputable booking agents.
Other advances that have facilitated the growth of sports betting included the invention of the TV and the arrival of online sports betting. These developments contributed to the added convenience and mass appeal of sports betting. People could now watch their favorite sports from their own homes, and then eventually, place bets from their own computers.

When it comes to taking care of your dog, your vet isn't the only one who can help to keep your pet healthy. As the owner, you have a responsibility to your dog to feed him well and take care of him when he's sick. If you can prevent him from getting sick, that's even better. Luckily, there are many medications that can be used to prevent some of the more common problems that are seen in dogs. Many dogs get fleas, which take their blood and can make them lethargic and miserable. They scratch, trying to get the fleas to stop making them itch, and the scratching can tear the skin, which can then become infected.
Dogs can also get intestinal worms and heartworm, both of which can be debilitating. With Sentinel for dogs, these kinds of problems can be prevented. As a preventative, Sentinel is given to dogs that aren't sick with problems like heartworm already, and can keep a dog from developing worms. Since the medication also repels fleas, your dog won't be scratching and itching - and you won't need to worry about fleas in your home. That's much healthier for both you and your pet. If you have other pets or children, it also helps to protect them from flea bites.
While Sentinel isn't the only medication out there for treatment of these kinds of problems, it's very convenient because it addresses so many potential issues. You won't have to buy several different medications for your pet, and you can only use one. It's faster and easier to do that, which is one of these reasons that Sentinel is so popular. It also works well, and generally doesn't cause a reaction or allergy in dogs that use it, making it easier for you to safely protect your furry friend.
You Walk Through Life |
Your journey through life is steady, conventional, and calm. You're likely to stop and smell the roses every chance you get. Your life is simple but bountiful. You believe that it's important to have good morals. You always do your duty, and work comes before play. You value stability at home and at work. You do your part to smooth things over the best you can. |
After planning for months, the MBAPS were finally able to meet yesterday to celebrate the June birthdays of Jane, Jacqui, Joy, and Jody. We also had a mini baby shower for the pregnant ladies - Joy and Abie. It was a fun afternoon! Everybody had fun especially the kids who finally were able to relate. The girls had fun up to the point that they were screaming. LOL! The boys had their own stuff to do running and chasing each other inside the function room. We, Mommas of course had fun with loads of chikas. The Daddies planned to play basketball but I'm not sure if they were able to settle for a date. Will upload photos hopefully soon. I'm just waiting for the MBAPS to upload. Yes, we didn't bring our own camera because Hubby and I had our hands full already with the bulinggits.
My Mom's move is final. She is moving to another state and she's happy to announce that she was able to find a job at her new State. She is now busy packing her stuff. I wish she could just check out mobile homes for sale buy a manufactured house and then move it to the place she is moving. I wish it was that easy. But she just moved to the US and she hasn't really saved up that much for this move. She has just started her life there but in a few years she will definitely be able to purchase her own house. I will suggest manufactured house since these houses are durable and easy to maintain. All my Mom has to do is visit a site or a factory where they build the houses and then choose which design she likes. She will be able to save a lot by doing this. I hope she considers this when the time comes. It doesn't only made everything easeier but cheaper and safer for the home owners.
This is so good to know!
Your Home is Happy |
You believe it's important to maintain a positive outlook at any cost, and your home reflects your optimistic take on the world. You're likely to have a welcoming decor, and furniture that makes guests feel at home. You take pride in your home. You keep it uniquely you, and you feel happier the minute you step in the door. You could never feel at home in a dark or unhappy house. You like to open up the windows and let the light in! |
Take the test too! (*wink*)
Happy Sunday, everyone!
There will be a few activities that we will be doing as a family this weekend. Thank God for long weekends! But the best thing is that we get to stay longer at home and watch DVDs as long as we want! I have the time to do errands as well and when I have time, will probably check out some Free Online Casino available today. There are a lot of options to choose from. What I love about it is that I can play up to my heart's content. I can choose which games would fit my style.
Before I never played online, I didn't like the thought having my credit card entered into any website. I was conservative and afraid of the hackers out there who are hungry for credit card details. But ever since I became a web programmer and handled a credit card paying website, I was confident that every website is secured as long as it has secured system. I knew how programming works and how databases were encrypted so now I can purchase whatever I want without hesitation.
Then I discovered online gaming. I'm kind of hooked to this actually and I can't stop. So I try to start at night when the kids are already asleep. I know I still have to catch up on my reading but online gaming just makes me relax for some reason. I'm sure the Hubby who used to be hooked on computer games will be able to relate when he started with online gaming. Since he is still busy with work for now and some projects, he hasn't started yet. But soon, he will be and I can't wait to play online gaming with him then. As for the kids, naaaaaah, they have to settle for their toys as of the moment. (*grin*)
Someting to think about this Sunday!
I guess you are accountable for yourself. Whatever happens, you decide on what happens to your life and what you want to happen.
The Ate can get very loving sometimes.
But the baby girl seems to hate it. LOL!
Happy Friday everyone!

Hey guys! I've been out for a few days. I've been busy is an understatement. I had to take a leave from work to take care of the kids. You see, the Yaya who just came from vacation had to go home again since her Father passed away. On the other hand, I had to let go of the new Yaya because she was sick. Now I was all alone with the kids. I tell you, it was VERY challenging. They fight all the time and it was a challenge to feed them too. But we were able to get temporary help for the mean time so here I am back to work and making the most of the internet. I will be back for more stories SOON!
Shopping online has become the way to purchase the things you want. More and more people are going online for their purchases rather than going to the brick and mortar store because of the convenience, prices and discounts. Here are some ways you can save money and stay safe when you shop online.
Use Coupon Codes
One of the best ways you can save money with online shopping is by using coupon codes. For instance, if you are shopping for clothes at the JCPenney website, you can find a number of JCPenney coupon codes to save money on your order. You can find coupon codes that offer free shipping, a percentage off your order and more.
Use a Low-Limit Credit Card
When shopping online, using one credit card is helpful so you can better track your purchases. A low-limit credit card makes it easier to keep track of the activity on your card so you will easily notice if there is fraudulent activity. If someone is using your card for fraudulent purposes, a low limit will prevent them from spending too much.
Read Reviews before Buying
With the number of customer review sites that you can find online, you can read about the experiences of other people before you buy something. For instance, if you were going to purchase the latest item you saw on an infomercial for chopping your vegetables, you might go online and read reviews that say it was a bad purchase because it did not work as described on TV. This might make you think twice about buying the product and you can save yourself the time and money of finding out that information the hard way.
Shopping online is not only the wave of the future; it is the wave of now. Be a savvy shopper and your online shopping experiences will keep you going back for more.
You can do a lot with the Internet. Almost every career field uses computers and websites to conduct business. Social networks have become the staple for staying in touch with family and friends. You can buy, sell, and trade anything from toothbrushes to tanker trucks. Many vendors offer free online games in abundance to distract you from the daily drudge. Almost every school has a website, and most universities offer online classes–you can earn credits and turn in homework without ever leaving your room. The downside is just that: you don’t ever have to leave your room.
The average person walks around a mile day. Health experts recommend walking five miles each day. Take away one of the main reasons that you leave your house on a regular basis, and the average person is going to need a lot more exercise. Cyberspace may be helpful, but be sure to email yourself a reminder to run to the gym.
Physical well-being isn’t the only aspect of life that’s affected by extensive Internet usage. When the typed word is the mainstay of communication with friends, family, and people across the world (which is a huge advantage of the Internet), social relationships have to be adjusted. Emotions and inflections can’t be typed. It’s important to interact face to face with the people around you, not just with “Jamin298″ in London.
Of course, the Internet isn’t all bad. As previously stated, you can do just about anything online. Better education is more accessible, and you usually find better prices on merchandise online. People who work from home, like writers, rely on the Internet for jobs. Amusement like movies and arcades are becoming more expensive, while sites that offer video streaming and free online games provide a cheaper recreational option.
So, take it in moderation. Set a limit on the time you spend online, and stick to it.
Day 4
Getting on with people is tough, especially when they don’t fulfill your expectations! Instead, if you accept people the way they are without expecting them to be something they’re not, you end up less disappointed and frustrated.
PAUSE!
THINK!
Everyone is doing their best.
ACT!
Today, talk to three people you routinely ignore or dismiss. Be accepting and fully engaged.
I can just imagine Ate A's smile when she sees the "real" woody and buzz and in person! Should we go? We'll see!
Meet and Greet Woody and Buzz Live
Venue: Main Mall, SM Mall of Asia
Date: 28th May 2010 to 6th Jun 2010
The girls are getting along pretty well these days. Now that Baby A is bigger, she can play with her Ate anytime. This is the part where I realize how much it's nice to have a 2 year and 9 months age gap between them. I love it that they are both girls and want the same type of toys. The only down side is that they just fight for one particular toy! When Ate A plays with some toy, Baby A would grab it whenever she wants. I know, not a good thing. Baby A would even cry if the Ate doesn't want to give her that toy.
But aside from that, they are both loving. Baby A would do anything her Ate did. Ate A loves her baby sister to bits.

Baby A also wants Lollipop?
I just hope they stay close and loving until they grow up. Because it would be nice to have a sister that you can always count on whenever you need each other. I know because I got one and she's always there for me. (*wink*)

Day 3
Making things positive doesn’t mean a sunny outlook; it means making the choice to see problems as opportunities. Every problem and difficult situation is embedded with a solution - the adventure lies in finding the solution.
PAUSE!
THINK!
I can make the best of any situation.
ACT!
Today, go for a 20 minute walk. Put your mind in a neutral gear and get out of your own head, so to speak. Come back with a different perspective.
