Loving the Apps found in the Internet!

One week without internet at work and I feel like I haven't connected to the "world". Now I truly understand the benefits of internet and the advantages that it gives to the company. Not only great for advertising and letting the company known all over the world but it also offers a whole lot of solutions to make processes easier. Everything is out there just waiting for us to discover it.

After a week of no internet, I made the most out of it as soon as it was back. So I surfed and surfed until I came across www.eshipglobal.com. A company that now offers eShipLab Web-Based Shipping Solution. It helps shippers of hazardous materials neet strenuous shipping regulations. It is really of big help to the companies doing shipments. I haven't heard of such a company that offers this kind of solution before until this morning. I'm glad I discovered it, because I'm pretty sure we will be able to use eshipglobal.com eventually. Shipments is a huge part of the process where I'm currently working for.

One application that made me interested is the eShip Global where it offers invoicing clients. Aside from shipments, they also offer invoices and allows clients to access it online. Imagine the flexibility that it gives for you and your clients! They can access it whenever they want, wherever they want. eShip Global can also do the invoicing for you. I'm quite impressed by how this solution was made of. Clients of eShip Global have been raving about this application, I'm now wondering why I discovered it only now. But it's not too late anyway, we still have time to change our processes. I will definitely suggest this particular application to the company that I'm working for. It will truly help us.

Chocolates and Stress

I discovered this a couple of weeks ago and I'm so glad I did. Hubby and I are stressed for the pass few months now so this is my life saver!

Have you tried this already? You should!

Sharing a Song: Gym Class Heroes

TODAY is definitely a great day to dance, so let's!

Happy, happy Sunday, everyone! (*wink*)

Can't get enough of Speculoos!

Ever since I tried Cookie Butter by Speculoos, I can't get over how good it was. So I ordered again and tried their cookies too.

I love that both the cookie butter and the cookies are NOT TOO sweet. These are the type of goodies that I usually get myself into. Since I watch my blood sugar ALL the time, these days I would choose the ones which are not too bad for my body.

How about you? Have you tried the Cookie Butter already?

My Little Musicians

Check out my little musicians...

I don't know if it's the age or they are just loving music these days. It's probably because of the Dada who is into music. Hubby loves to play the guitar. He is dreaming of buying a set of drums and even a numark mixtrack pro ii just in case we get to have a party at home! Yes, he can be a DJ too!? Naaaah, not for now but maybe in the next couple of years.

Or who knows maybe one of these little girls will be. I really hope they continue to have that love or passion for music. It makes the house and makes us feel alive and happier when they sing and dance. I also hope that they really become musicians one day. With the right kind of musical instruments, I think they will!

Hubby's Simple Birthday Celebration at Home.

Since Hubby's birthday fell into a weekday, we didn't plan much on anything except to order our favorite food from Northpark! We had crispy noodles, wanton noodle soup, fried garlic squid, broccoli with oyster sauce and almond jelly.

The office gave Hubby a Tiramisu cake from Red Ribbon so he was able to blow the candle!

It was one simple birthday celebration but we all felt thankful for the simple blessings that God has kept on giving our family.

Thank you, dear God, for another year for the Hubby. I pray that he will have more and more birthdays to come. ♥

Hubby's Birthday Lunch at Shakey's

For the Hubby's birthday lunch, as usual, we went to Shakey's and got their thin crust pizza, classic spaghetti, and chicken.

YUM! We never get tired of having Shakey's for our birthday lunches. (*grin*)

Happy birthday again, Sweatie! Thanks for the treat! (*wink*)

Sharing a Song this Sunday: Beautiful Things

Today is a beautiful day so it is worth sharing a beautiful song too.

"Beautiful Things" by Gungor

All this pain
I wonder if I’ll ever find my way
I wonder if my life could really change at all
All this earth
Could all that is lost ever be found
Could a garden come up from this ground at all

You make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of the dust
You make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of us

All around
Hope is springing up from this old ground
Out of chaos life is being found in You

You make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of the dust
You make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of us

You make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of the dust
You make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of us

You make me new, You are making me new
You make me new, You are making me new

You make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of the dust
You make beautiful things
You make beautiful things out of us

♥♥♥

We had fun with the Minions.

When we learned that Despicable ME 2 is coming soon in the movies, we got really excited so the little girls watched the first movie for weeks! Until finally last weekend, we were able to fix our schedules and watch the most awaited (that is, for us!) the sequel of Despicable Me.

We love, love the movie! We were laughing all throughout. The minions were so cute the girls enjoyed it so much. ♥♥♥

I'm pretty sure that when the DVD comes out, the little girls will watch it again and again and again. (*wink*)

Hubby's Early Birthday Treat at CPK.

We were all so looking forward to this particular day because it was a Saturday before the Hubby's birthday! We also decided to watch our favorite movie but before that, we had dinner at CPK first.

It was our first time ever at CPK so everyone was excited. These are what we ordered for dinner...

The Original BBQ Chicken Chopped

Chopped lettuce, black beans, sweet corn, jicama, cilantro, basil, crispy corn tortilla strips and Monterey Jack cheese tossed together in there. Oh this was was the best salad I ever had (so far!). Would love to go back to CPK just for this one.

Tortilla Spring Roll

My fave among the food that we ordered. We had the mediterrenean and thai chicken. Both are delish!

Pasta

We like our pasta to be as simple as possible. Kids don't like a very tasty spaghetti so we opted for the red sauce with tomatoes and basil. Very simple but very good too.

Prosciutto Pizza

I love this pizza simply because of the aragula. ♥ We ordered the thin crust version so it was a little crispy and sweet too. The kids love this so much.

I've always wanted to try CPK and I was so glad that we did try it for Hubby's early birthday celebration. The food was unforgettable. We will surely go back and try the other dishes.

Happy Birthday to the Hubby!

Today we are so happy because we are celebrating the Hubby's birthday!

I won't disclose his age though. HA! But will just give him my wishes...

Wishing you good health, peace of mind and more blessings to you and our family. Happy Birthday! We love you to the moon and back.

The Princess Party

Another party we attended was a Princess party of the little girl's classmate last May. She had a grand time and so is her sister who was also invited in the party.

The food was good and so is the program that the little girls were looking forward to. We all had fun.

After the party, since it was still early, we decided to drop by Starbucks to relax before we went home.

Thank you for inviting us, M!

Lovely String Lights for Weddings

Today it seems like I woke up at the wrong side of the bed but I don't have a choice but to continue on with my first part of the day by waking up the little girl, feed her breakfast and then dress her up for school. That's the time when I can prepare myself to work.

With the gloomy weather and the rain, I can't help but just think of HAPPY THOUGHTS. I reminisce on this beautiful wedding we went to a couple of years ago. A wedding of a nephew. It was unforgettable.

There were flowers and string lights for wedding everywhere. The church has beautifully setup. I bet they got items from HardtoFindItems.com because most of the items in the setup were really unique. It looks very expensive too. I guess it pays to splurge on weddings like this. Guests like us remembered it so clearly. ♥

Sharing a Song this Sunday: Live Like You're Dying

Today is a beautiful day. Thank you Lord!

The Toy Story Party

Last summer, our little girl was invited to a beautiful Toy Story party. She was so excited for this party that she has been waiting for it for months! (she got the invites when school was out and the party was last May)

The party has every child's favorites - Pizza Pedricos, Candy Corner, Nachos and more!

The little girl and her classmates enjoyed this Toy Story party very much. They definitely had a grand time! Thanks for inviting us!

Our Sumptuous Dinner at Sumo Sam

Ever since I've tried Sumo Sam a couple of years ago it has become our favorite and our comfort food. So whenever we have a chance, we always dine here. And when my Dad was here a couple of months ago, we decided to try it again.

Here are what we ordered for dinner (which were mostly our favorites so I would say, everything was delicious!)

Pomelo Salad

Salmon Soup

Maki

Beef Teppanyaki

Fried Seafood Noodles

Chicken Teriyaki

Need I say more? As always, it was a sumptuous and great dinner with the whole family. ♥

Celebrated Father's Day at Ace Water Spa

As our Father's Day celebration last June, we were invited by my inlaws to have lunch buffet with the whole family at D' Ace Plaza in Pasig.

We were so looking forward to it until Sunday came and we arrived at the restaurant by 11:30AM. We were surprised that there were so many options!

Make your own toppings...

Make your own pasta...

Japanese maki, anyone?

...or probably ebi, prawn and vegetable tempura?

I went for the maki first...

...and then shabu-shabu which was perfect for the windy weather.

And many, many, many more.

We enjoyed the lunch buffet at D' Ace Plaza. Hopefully we get to try their breakfast and dinner too one of these days.

Our Mother's Day Lunch at Corazon.

Mother's Day this year (2013) was quite unforgettable since we had encountered problems and challenges with our second household help. But it was also memorable simply because of our lunch at Corazon. I knew that this restaurant serves Filipino food but I didn't know that the serve the best Filipino food, that is!

We had lechon, pinakbet(this one was the best), paella, pochero and more. It was indeed a perfect lunch since it was spent with the whole family. ♥

Quick Videoke Group Date at Centerstage

I had fun one night when my friends from CFC Household and I decided to have a videoke session at Centerstage.

We started as early as 8PM and we ended up around 12midnight.

Oh, yes, it was definitely a fun night! And here's the highlight of our night...

A bowl of chicharon (pork skin) that definitely made up our day. LOL!

Dinner and Coffee Date with my Highschool Friends

After several months of planning this dinner and coffee date, the night finally came! This is when our good friend Terry came from the US too. We were so looking forward to see each other, finally after our get together last December, we saw each other again for dinner and coffee afterwards.

We had dinner at Secret Recipes but we barely tasted the food because we were too engrossed with our conversations.

I truly miss talking to these girls. After several hours, Secret Recipes was about to close so we decided to transfer to CBTL to have tea and coffee for more chikahan!

Aaaah, it was definitely an unforgettable night! I love this photo my friend Janice posted a couple of months ago...

"Friends to grow old with are a blessing from above."

And I totally agree. Love you girls!

Quick Swimming at Sea Residences

One holiday last summer, we spent our family day swimming the whole day at Sea Residences. The kids had a grand time! Who wouldn't? Just look at this beautiful kiddie pool?

The moment the kids saw it, they wanted to jump in the pool as soon as they could.

It shows in their small faces that they indeed had a great time.

Wish we could go back again one of these days. That is, if Mr. sun will show himself too.
