Flashback FRIDAY: My Girl and I

Guess which one is my girl and which one is me!

The old photo is of course myself. And the other one is my little girl!

Amazed by the Locks of Love at N Seoul Tower

The highlight of our visit to N Seoul Tower was the Locks of Love. I was amazed how much locks were installed in this area!

A love lock or love padlock is a padlock which sweethearts lock to a bridge, fence, gate, or similar public fixture to symbolize their love. Typically the sweethearts' names or initials are inscribed on the padlock, and its key is thrown away to symbolise unbreakable love. Since the 2000s, love locks have proliferated at an increasing number of locations worldwide. They are often treated by municipal authorities as litter or vandalism, and are costly to remove. (Grabbed from Wikipedia)

The idea of hanging locks originated from local tourists a few years ago who saw the same thing at Tokyo Tower. It is now enjoying a renewal after two TV stars, singer Ate A and model Sinae, were seen dating there in the MBC reality program ``We’ve Got Married.’’ N Seoul Tower’s ``Locks of Love’’ event was chosen as a reunion venue for the celebrities on June 15 and since then has drawn great public attention. (Grabbed from www.KoreaTimes.co.kr)

Since we wanted to "declare" our love to each other once again, well, we brought our own padlock too!

This is when I realized that Koreans are romantics. Wherever we went to this area, love declarations were everywhere. I found it very sweet and memorable. Something I will cherish for years. Happy and thankful to be able to see Locks of Love in person. ♥

Seoul Tower was Simply BreathTaking!

Seoul Tower was another popular place in Seoul where I made sure that we visit when we were there in August. I love that there were a coulpe of options to be able to go up to the base of the tower. We tried the Namsam Cable Car.

We were early so we made it to the first few cable cars and we didn't even had to line up that long.

I love the view the moment we were in Namsam Garden. ♥

But the view was even better, the moment we saw Seoul Tower.

The grounds were so busy, they have food shops, souvenir shops, burgers & ice cream available there!

It was definitely a beautiful place!

** N Seoul Tower can be accessed by cable car, which you can get to via a pretty hilly climb up Namsan (Myeongdong Station exit 3, behind Pacific Hotel) or via the lift along the road near Namsan 3rd tunnel. **

Table Skirting for our Christmas Parties this Year

I want our Christmas parties to be extra special this year so I would like to learn black economy table skirting to make our tables look nice during parties. I know its pure hard work but I think it's going to be worth it! Although I saw a couple of available table linens online, I think that would be another option too. At PremiumTableLinens.com, there are good quality table skirts that are available. I love that there are tons of available styles, sizes and even according to your budget. So I guess, will choose this type of option. At least the skirts are readily available already!

Sharing a Song this SUNDAY: Som Sabadell Flashmob

Here's something to perk you up today...

On the 130th anniversary of the founding of Banco Sabadell we wanted to pay homage to our city by means of the campaign "Som Sabadell" (We are Sabadell) . This is the flashmob that we arranged as a final culmination with the participation of 100 people from the Vallès Symphony Orchestra, the Lieder, Amics de l'Òpera and Coral Belles Arts choirs. - https://www.bancsabadell.com

This definitely made by morning! ♥
