Two more days to go before Christmas, I'm so excited! So I'm sharing a song by my favorite band - Coldplay singing Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.

We just had our 5th Christmas party the other day and I would say that it was so much fun! The program committee decided to make it unique this year so we decided to make it a talent show. Of course it was a contest so everyone was really challenged. The group who won, went home with PHP3,000 2nd place, PHP5,000 1st place and PHP10,000 champion. The employees practiced for this for weeks!

And what did the husband did for the committee? He was assigned to do the video editing of each group. Yes, he did it and he had so much fun he wanted to consider it as a side line or a business. I'm really proud of my husband for being so talented and one of his skills is the video editing. He did the videos of each group who will perform. He used software of course and there is a company that offers software like this online. Cyberlink is one of the companies out there who gives a lot of discounts and promos. I love that the expensive video editing software are on sale. Will definitely check this out for the husband's future business.

As for the winners of the company's talent championship, they all went home happy and satisfied with the results. Congrats guys!

As soon as we arrived Lio Airport, we went straight to the lounge where they offered drinks and snacks. I'm beginning to love them and their service. You'll never get hungry with El Nido Resorts! ♥

We just waited for a couple of minutes and then our next ride was ready...

I was expecting a looong ride but I was wrong. It took us only a couple of minutes to reach our destination, for our next ride...


Boat ride of around 30 minutes wasn't bad at all especially if you see the wonderful view of El Nido. Hubby had fun taking photos and me, on the other hand was taking in all the view and fresh air.



I knew that we arrived our first destination because I saw a peek of a beautiful resort nearby...


So, yes, we've finally arrived LAGEN Island Resort.


Welcome drinks and a cute (but itchy) necklace was again offered before they brought us to our room and was welcomed with this...


The bed was very inviting but we didn't want to waste time so we went out again and took more photos of the resort.

November 30 was a holiday in the Philippines but it was extra special because Hubby and I together with BIL went to El Nido to spend the long weekend.

It was our first (Hubby and I) to ever get to try ITI offering small planes for their flights to El Nido, so I was kinda nervous.


But as soon as our bags were checked in, I felt a little bit relaxed seeing the lounge and the trying out the free muffins and coffee.


I've been dreaming about going to El Nido for years now so I was 101% sure that this getaway is going to be memorable!


We boarded the plane just a couple of minutes at the lounge and after the flight instructions. I was shocked to see that it was REALLY a small plane. I can even see the pilots!



But thank you God, the flight was a breeze and it was only an hour and 15 minutes.


YES, we survived and were greeted by the locals...

Yes, me and my group called Twitterafia always celebrate Christmas early. So as early as the 4th of November, we already met for a get together to celebrate Halloween and early Christmas.

Since it was halloween, the kids came with costumes!

They had a great time. And of course, as always, the Mommies and the Daddies had a great time too!




I love that everyone did something for this get together. It was well organized, thanks to Jacqui (the master organizer) and all the freebies and sponsors from our dear friends.

It definitely was a fun party! Our first for 2012.

I haven't had my milk tea fix for weeks now. That's why I'm craving for my favorite Pearl Milk Tea from Cha Time.

How I wish I could slow down a bit and get to drink my favorite milk tea. Hopefully in the next few days when things will eventually slow down for the holidays.

A couple of weeks ago, I was not feeling so well so I asked the Hubby to eat out for lunch and look what we had...

Pho hoa's seafood soup. This is so yummy, I want to eat this again for lunch tomorrow. Mmmmmm...

We had a very busy November and one party that we attended was Inigo's 1st birthday party at Greenmeadows clubhouse.

The party started early but it didn't dampen the moods of the little girls. They are now officially party goers!



There were games and prizes, magic show and food was really good.
