I admit, I lost track of my goal towards the end of January, so I'm making extra effort once again to make a healthy living. For a week, I haven't used the treadmill which was not good because I've been eating a LOT for the past few days as well. I've been craving different types of food for the past few weeks now and I can't hardly control myself.
So now, I have to make a conscious effort and will check what I eat. Last Sunday, we drank a detox drink that we make on our own. This drink includes, apple, celery, cucumber, ginger, and pechay. It sure is healthy! I also made sure I used the treadmill over the weekend.
Since I lost weight last year, I'm checking out on how build muscle articles. I have extra skin on my arms that I want to get rid but I don't think I can do that so might as well build muscles in it. There are supplements that I can drink but will have to look into it more. I'm particularly interested in USPlabs Prime tabs since their tabs are all natural. I don't want to drink something that I'm not familiar so I will check the reviews on the pills they are offering, how it would affect my body and if this fits my budget.
