A Healthy Family Day Lunch.

...Because of this fruit/vegetable salad, we turned our family day lunch into a healthy one!

Hubby and I vowed to eat healthy for us and for our kids. This is part of our goals for this year, 2016 and hopefully in the next few years. So far, we are getting there. There are days that we still need those "cheat days" during our date nights, but yes, we are really getting there.

As for our family day, as usual, we had fun! Looking forward to the next one! (*grin*)
