2016 Spring Break in Tokyo: Traditional Japanese Dance Workshop, Our Last Actiivity in Tokyo.

Aside from the FREE wifi, there was also one exciting thing we came across in Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center - the FREE traditional dance lessons and guess what? We get to dress up their traditional clothes! ♥

Nihon Buyo is a type of traditional Japanese dance that has a history of nearly 400 years. It is characterized by uniquely Japanese qualities of elegance and grace. You can wear a yukata and learn how to dance in this workshop.

They helped us dressed up and it was such a fun experience!

And here we are...

The experience was surreal and definitely unforgettable!

It wasn't part of the itinerary but I was sure that this is the highlight of our full stay in Tokyo. This is what they called the "Traditional culture and performing arts experience program". ♥

Check out this website - www.tokyo-tradition.jp/eng/ for more information. I tell you, it was the best experience ever! (*wink*)
