One Friday night, when Hubby and I were at the mall running a couple of errands, we decided to have a quick dinner date at Mesa.

I've heard so much about Mesa so I was so looking forward to our dinner. I just didn't know what to order though so we ended up having their best sellers.


For appetizer, we had Sisig in a Pouch. I love the twist of this food. It wasn't an ordinary sizzling sisig. I also love the pinakurat vinegar that comes with it.

For salad, we had Pomelo Salad with Latik. Again, this one is different because of the Latik that comes with the salad. Very tasty and delicious.


I love squid so I just had to try the baby squid in olive oil which is unforgettable! I would love to order it again in our next visit to Mesa. (Yes, we are definitely going back!).

For our rice, we had bagoong rice which includes thinly sliced mango.

The quick dinner date was definitely for the win! Thanks to the delicious food of Mesa, we can't wait to have dinner there again next time. ♥
