How to Stay on a Diet during the Holidays?

I actually don't know how to answer that question. If you noticed, I've been eating a lot of sweets. I have a valid excuse you see, it's the holidays! (*grin*)

I've read about good reviews about this program so now, I'm confident that I can eat whatever I like and still feel good about myself. After all, we are on holidays and it is a perfect reason to binge. (*grin*)
