Enjoy this beautiful song...

Happy, happy holidays, everyone! Hope you are all enjoying. (*wink*)

Christmas Food Trip: Different Types of Snickers

Well, well, well. I know I'm not supposed to eat chocolates but these snickers are just irresistible!

So which one should I eat first? Almond, peanut, or peanut butter!?

Hmmmm... I think I would go for peanut butter! YUM!

I ♥ Christmas Holidays!

Welcome Home, Mom!

A couple of weeks ago, we welcomed our Mom for coming home for Christmas by having lunch at Mesa.

She missed Filipino food so much so we decided to eat at Mesa. Good food and great conversations, we all had a great time especially the kids who missed their Grandma so much...

Welcome back, Mom!

3rd Christmas Party for 2013: Friends from CFC Household

For our third Christmas party for the year, we met up with our friends from our current CFC Household. Food was overfloooowing. My, my, my, it was definitely a Christmas feast!

That night, we had salad, spinach and seafood pasta, grilled prawns, baby back ribs, baked fish fillet and asparagus soup.

This is the best asparagus soup I've ever tasted.

Baby back ribs was really good too!

As for our "costumes", we went as local celebrities love team...

Guess, who...

- Keempee and Manilyn Reynes
- Romnick and Sheryl Cruz
- Ryan Agoncillo and Juday
- Rico Yan and Claudine
- Vandolph and Jenny
- Sam Milby and Toni Gonzaga

OH yes, it was definitely a fun and unforgettable night!

Merry Christmas from our Family to Yours!

Just dropping by to greet you all a Merry, Merry Christmas!

From my family to yours...

Enjoy this special day with your family and loved ones. Hohoho!

2nd Christmas Party for 2013: Twitterafia with Jollibee!

Our second Christmas party for 2013 followed the day after our first party. It was a fund raising party with Jollibee. Proceeds of our savings goes to the victims of Typhoon Yolanda.

It wasn't our typical Christmas party but we still managed to have fun!

The kids, instead of their exchange gifts, they donated their old toys to the Project Pearls.

It made the season more meaningful. I'm so proud of you, kids!

And as for the Daddies, of course they also had fun...with Jollibee.

Thanks again ladies for the gifts! Merry Christmas!

Sharing a Song this SUNDAY: My Favourite Time of the Year

3 more days to go before Christmas, can you feel the Christmas spirit?

Here's a new Christmas song that you might want to listen to perk you up these holidays.

1st Christmas Party for 2013: Friends from our Old CFC Household

We celebrated Christmas early this year. We had our first Christmas party as early as the 30th of November. We had our first party with our friends from CFC.

As usual, we brought food, gifts and from that we got laughters, bonding and a very fun night!

Happy to see you all guys! Thank you for the gifts! Merry Christmas! (*wink*)

Goodbye Seoul! WE will Definitely Go Back!

Awww, our four days flew by so quickly. It just means one thing - we were having fun!

We loved Seoul so much, it has offered us a lot of things - we saw their culture and tradition, we ate the local food, adventure in the subway and loving the sights. Seoul was perfect for our nth honeymoon. (*wink*)

But we missed more places to see because we lacked time. So we promised that we will definitely go back and hopefully we get to bring the kids this time.

Until next time, Seoul, Korea!

Lotte World Theme Park's Grand Parade

Another reason why we love to go back and bring the kids to Lotte World, their grand parade was indeed grand and beautiful. Will just let the photos speak for it.

Before the parade, he gathered the kids to let them know that parade is about to start.

...and it's starting! Such a pretty girl.

Magic Castle's big float. Love it!

And look, what a cute little girl!

Hmmm...a villain.

So, who's this?

Such a pretty pair!

Love her!

Such cute penguins!

The parade was definitely something we want for our kids to see. Hopefully we get to go back again one of these days.

Fell in Love with Lotte World Theme Park ♥

For our last stop in Seoul, Hubby and I went to the Lotte World theme park. There were actually two theme parks in Seoul but we chosed this one because it was nearer the city. We didn't have enough time to go to the out of town theme park called Everland. We will defintely go back!

The moment we entered the theme park, we suddenly missed the kids. Wished they were here!

The theme park was perfect for the kids to see and experience. There was a huge stage near the entrance and a program was ongoing as soon as we entered the park.

We also saw a grand carousel, shops and lots and lots of kiddie rides.

We loved it to bits!

They also have rides for adults of course, but Hubby and I were out of time to try it.

Oh well, definitely next time!

Our Early Lunch at The Flying Pan was Unforgettable

After getting lost for almost an hour in Itaewon, we finally saw "The Flying Pan". Thank God for free wifi, we were able to find this restaurant.

It was highly recommended by my sister so we made sure that we have our final brunch here before we went back home.

The restaurant was so small but really cozy too. We were a little bit early so the place was empty but after a few minutes, people started coming in.

The setup of this place was beautiful. Perfect for a brunch place.

Here is what we ordered:

Hubby's cappucino which he said was very good.

Big breakfast - omelette, sausage, bread and side salad. Definitely for the Hubby. (*wink*)

M.I.N.E. - Super creamy hot chocolate. It was the best! ♥♥♥

Savoury Pancakes with spinach, bacon, mushrooms and sunny side up eggs. Oh,  heavenly!

Now my only wish is that they open here in Manila. Yes, just a wishful thinking.

The Flying Pan is located at 123-7 Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Brunch is served all day from 10:30am to 11pm.

A few more days before Christmas, I can't wait! For the meantime, here's a nice Christmas song by Hillsong. ♥

Have a great and groovy Sunday, peeps! (*wink*)

Quick Breakfast at Yeouido Park

We wanted to inhale a little bit of fresh air so we decided to buy our breakfast and brought it to Yeouido Park, our first stop on our last day in Seoul.

It was easy to get there. We just took the subway and from Exit # 3 of Yeouido Subway Station (Seoul Subway Line 5), we just walked 5 minutes towards the National Assembly building.

Yeouido Park is a large recreational area located on Yeouido Island in the central part of Seoul. It was once originally covered with black asphalt, and people frequented the place for bicycling and roller-skating. The construction began in 1997, and opened officially in February 1999. It is now the place where many people in the city come to rest and enjoy strolling around, play sports, and cultural events.

One of the must-see areas is the Yunjunro Street, behind the National Assembly Building. This place is famous for having the loveliest cherry blossom street in Seoul. Cherry blossom trees, 30 to 40 years old, line up for about 6km, and is very popular in the spring.

Oh, how I wish I could go back in fall.

Yeouido Park is located at 120, Yeouigongwon-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

The Beautiful Nami Island

Nami Island was probably the most beautiful island I've ever seen so far! Aside from the fact that it was surrounded by water, there were huge trees everywhere. I LOVE trees!

But my most favorite in this island is the tree lined street where the Korean drama was filmed. It was a beautiful site to see.

Beautiful indeed. I wonder how it looks like during the fall season. I bet it is nicer, then. Wish we could go back again one of these days.
