We've set a goal this year to make a couple of home improvements. We've started with our family room and look what we got so far!

Hubby and I loved how it turned out after planning it for months. We had it made by his highschool friend and we are happy with the outcome.

But if you look closely at the lower left part of the photo, there is a problem with the Tile Flooring. Nope, our flooring wasn't REALLY the problem, but the leaks that brought this problem. Now, we're thinking if we could have bought sturdier flooring from build direct, this wouldn't happen. But it's too late to think about it now since we've been living in our house for almost 5 years now. All we need to do is replace this part of the flooring. We are thinking of getting from build direct since they have a lot of options to choose from. Our tile flooring is pretty simple so I'm quite sure that they will be able to provide what we need.

Now that we have somewhat fixed our family room, we are thinking what to prioritized next. The kids' room maybe? We'll see!
