I'm so thankful that we had another great year last year (2011). It was a year of family travels. All along I thought that we would just stay put this year but I was wrong. We were truly blessed!
JANUARY - VIAJE DEL SOL
For our anniversary trip, Hubby and I explored the famous "Viaje del Sol". We stayed at Casa San Pablo for the night, had lunch at Jay's Kinabuhayan Cafe and Ugu Bigyan's Pottery Shop.
FEBRUARY - CEBU
By February, my Mom, sister, brother and I went to Cebu for a quick getaway! We stayed at the city for a night and then transfered to Shangril Mactan for the rest of the 2 nights. It was heavenly!
MARCH - TAGAYTAY
As our despedida for my Mom, we went to Tagaytay for a night. We had breakfast at Bag O' Beans as usual and had lunch the next day at Marcia Adams' Tuscany in Tagatay.
APRIL - BORACAY
For a change, we spent our first few days of Holy Week in Boracay! It was the kids' first time and both of them loved it so much they want to go back again soon.
MAY - AMANA WATERPARK, BULACAN
We went to my sister's family day at Amana Water Park in Bulacan.
JUNE - MALAYBALAY CITY
We couldn't get enough of summer so before it ended, we went home to Malaybalay City to attend my cousin's wedding.
We tried the advance course of White Water Rafting in CDO before we went home to Malaybalay. It was unforgettable!
My girls were the flower girls of my cousin's wedding. I was so proud of them! (*grin*)
To celebrate Hubby's birthday, we checked in at Holiday Inn. We spent the weekend to eat, swim and sleep.
AUGUST - CEBU
One of our highlights of 2011, our trip to Cebu with our friends and our families.
Our trip was focused on having fun! The kids played at the adventure zone. The Daddies played basketball in the pool. The Mommies had time to drink during the Happy Hour. It was one of the best trip we ever had!
OCTOBER - TAGAYTAY
Hubby and I had a quick getaway to Tagaytay and spent the weekend in T House. We had brunch at Antonio's, dinner and breakfast at T House and then before going back to Manila, we had lunch at Pig Out, Nuvali.
DECEMBER - SINGAPORE / PHUKET
We were so thankful for being able to go with my family to Singapore and Phuket. We stayed in Singapore for 1 night before heading to Phuket.
We stayed in Patong Beach for 3 nights and then transferred to Kata Beach and stayed there during our last 3 days.
We also get to watched the Phuket Fantasea Show! It was amazing!
And before we headed back to Manila, we stayed in Singapore for a night and brought our favorite food in Singapore!
I love, love 2011! It was a perfect opportunity to bond as a family. And now we are so looking forward to our travels in 2012.
