Our Weekly Detox

I'm not sure if I've posted it here before that Hubby and I have decided to start our detox at least once a week. We are doing this for a couple of months already and we really feel good afterwards.

What's our weekly detox?

We make a detox drink of Carrots, Pechay, Cucumber, Apple, Celery, Tomato and a little bit of Ginger.


Yes, it doesn't look that appetizing but really, it tastes good!

We wanted to make this further so I'm looking for more intense full body cleanse and I found the 21 Day Cleanse, Diet and Detox of Clean Program.
