Is to do exercises everyday! Partly to lose weight but my main reason is for health concerns. You see, ever since I gave birth I just felt like I haven't been walking or exercising at all. I tried checking out some shops and one thing that we are considering is getting a treadmill. They say that it would focus on cardiovascular system. I like it because I remember when I gave birth, my BP shoot up that's why they had to make me stay in the recovery room for a couple of hours more. I hope I get to reach this goal at least in the first quarter of the year.
