Ok, since I didn't want to eat oatmeal for breakfast I opted to eat pandesal. Little did I know that it would make my sugar shoot up! :( I ate two huge pandesals with egg and cheese. Well maybe it was a bit my fault because I overate. LOL! So when I took my blood sugar after an hour I got 174 wherein the normal blood sugar should be max 140. :( So I was disappointed because I was so happy with that meal. Now I need to lessen down my pandesal in take and look for an alternative. (*sigh*)
To pregnant women out there who wants to keep their blood sugar normal, beware of huge pandesals! LOL!
