My sister and I were talking last weekend about me having to do exercises soon. My arms are not so good anymore unlike before that these were firm and my legs were wobbling already when I walk. LOL! Please don't imagine it. It seems really weird. I don't know if it comes with my age (but, hey, I'm THAT old yet!). BUT the thing is, I really have to start doing some exercises. I've checked out a couple of threadmills. Would I also need a pulse oximeter while I exercise? I'm not sure.
What is a Puse Oximeter anyway? I've read that it's a medical device that indirectly measures the oxygen saturation of a patient's blood (as opposed to measuring oxygen saturation directly through a blood sample) and changes in blood volume in the skin, producing a photoplethysmograph. Sounds like I don't need one but would I need it to monitor my blood sugar? I will try read more about it and see.
