It was exactly one week when I posted here about Hubby's text message to dress up because we're having dinner. Of course, I was ecstatic, well, actually, I was more of surprised. He is just not the type who would plan out for our dinner date.
But anyway, enough said. Will just post about how our night went...
We went to Serendra and check out the nice restaurants there. We ended up eating at Roadhouse. The food was great. The place was great. Since it was still early, there were not much people eating so it wasn't too crowded. Serendra wasn't too crowded at all. It was Monday after all.

I almost finished the whole meal. Wow. It's either I was that hungry or the food was just great. I can't decide. LOL! But anyway, food was really great. I would recommend this for special occasions. If ever we would go back there, I will try their ribs this time. :)
After dinner we checked out the shops in serendra then had coffee afterwards. There were a LOT of coffee shops/cafe in Serendra and it's just so hard to choose which is which!
But, we opt for Cafe Xocolate because I was craving (as usual) for hot chocolate. I can't remember the exact names but what I can remember is that Hubby got a cold drink and I got a super yummy hot chocolate. It was served in layers, chocolate (1st layer), espresso (2nd layer) and whipped cream (3rd layer). Boy, it was heavenly.

Ok, that's it for our dinner and coffee date. It was not planned but both of us had a great time. I just wish that there are more and more dates to come. LOL!
To Hubby: Thank you for that wonderful night. It was nice to go out again as if we were still single and reminisce about the good old days. (*smile*)

@joy - joy, oks lang ang price, mas cheaper compared to friday's. tsaka malaki ang servings nila. tipid kme ksi may budget si Hubby eh. Siguro around p200+ ang entree. Depends though, meron din silang mga p800+ pero siempre hindi un ung inorder namin. haha

wow, mich! sarap naman ng food nyo and so sweet naman ni hubby to take you on a date! minsan talaga unplanned dates are the best. hope to hear more stories about your "dates", sis. :)
