How was our Weekend?

As I've posted last Thursday, I had my "me" time on that day while Hubby and Alex went to Lolo and Lola's. It turned out that I had to squeeze everything in a few hours that I got so tired! Boy, after the day ended, I felt so tired that I wished I didn't try to do everything in those few hours and just relaxed, watched a bit, and enjoyed the day with my family. Oh well, lesson learned I guess.

Our Friday was spent at the cemetery to visit my Lolo. There's not much people anymore but the traffic was still a little bad. There were a lot of changes, and I guess that caused the traffic. After we visited the cemetery, we had dinner at Teriyaki Boy. I missed Japanese food. Alex was so excited to be with her other Lola and Tita Trish. She was always laughing and joking (yes, she knows how to make jokes now!) all throughout.

Our Saturday was spent at home. Unfortunately, I got sick. Not really sick. I just felt some numbness over my hands and legs. So, this is the reason why I can't blog and touch the computer for the entire weekend. Well, I wanted to, but Hubby just doesn't want me to. LOL! So, to cut it short, we were just at home, I had to sleep the entire morning and then sleep again in the afternoon. The highlight of this day was that Hubby treated me for a massage here at my home! I looove it! I felt better after that. Thanks, sweetie pie... :D

Sunday was a bit different. We had lunch with the whole family at Serendra. It was our first time to go there on a lunch time, we didn't expect that there will still be a lot people. My FIL chose Abe, a kampapangan restaurant. Food was sooo great! Unfortunately, our camera was busted (again, this is the 3rd time already!) so we weren't able to take some pictures. We tried sisig, pork lengua, sinigang, lechon kawali, and pla-pla. Oh, it was yummy! A bit expensive though, but the food was really worth it! I only recommend this restaurant for special occasions since most of the food are really expensive. Ok, to give you an example, the only price that I can't forget is the chicharon bulaklak worth p252. See?

Well, I guess, the long weekend is over. Time to go back to work again. Time to go back to blogging. Yey! Have a great week everyone! :D
